Staff presented the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program (MWPP) annual report for 2024 and said the survey evaluates the sanitary sewer system's physical and financial health. According to the staff summary, "based on the results of the report, the system is in good condition." Councilman Blair Halverson moved to adopt Resolution 25-11 and Councilman Joel Dills seconded; the council approved the resolution on roll call.
Staff clarified that a public notice had been provided for the original plan and that subsequent annual reports do not require a separate public notice. The resolution directs staff to submit the MWPP annual report to the state as required; there was no additional policy action attached to the approval.
