Staff corrects funding source for Peterson Family Memorial Bridge to ARPA in budget overview

During the FY26 budget presentation staff clarified that the Peterson Family Memorial Bridge should be funded from ARPA, not RAPTax, and asked the council to reclassify the $1,100 accordingly.
During the budget review, staff (S2) corrected a line in the packet reassigning the Peterson Family Memorial Bridge funding to ARPA. "The Peterson Family Memorial Bridge Which... is actually ARPA funds, not RapDex. So just switch switch that $1,100 over to ARPA funds rather than than that," S2 said while pointing to the staff report.
Council members reviewed supplemental requests and the packet’s color-coding (green=committee recommended, blue=needs discussion). Staff said they would provide a supplemental analysis of fund transfers and clarify remaining line items for the next work session.
