Board presses for clearer photometric plans; staff to approve lighting administratively with bump‑back option

"Section 153.173 contains all lighting requirements and then Guideline 6.7 also apply," a staff member said during the lighting presentation, and later warned that some locations showed up to 35 foot candles where code allows up to 3. The applicant's representative, Tim Bass, said, "We have an electrical engineer that ... has agreed to work with staff with us and get the changes taken care of." Staff told the board that if staff and applicant cannot resolve issues or if a waiver is needed, the administrative approval can be bumped back to the board for further review.
