The Dublin Architectural Review Board approved a minor project review for renovations at 20 North Street, a background building in the historic district. Staff described two southern‑elevation requests — replacing two stacked windows with a single oversized double‑hung window to highlight an interior stair, and adding a man door with sidelight to provide direct street access — and recommended approval as responsive to district goals.
"Staff supports both of these requests as we believe they're responsive to the district goals and will encourage street activity," Tori said during the presentation. Board members asked whether tenant changes to the modular storefront would require return to the board; staff confirmed that as long as materials match the approved system, tenant alterations may be handled without returning. The motion to approve the minor project review was seconded and carried.
