- Item 11: Repealed and readopted the county zoning ordinance with amendments renaming CBAs to Community Enhancement Districts, adding mixed-use with a 4-du/acre cap, restricting institutional uses, clarifying recycling/outdoor processing standards, allowing daycares in I-1 with conditions, and revising critical-area language to comply with the Critical Area Commission.
