City begins assessment of Spring Creek forest damage and a 50-year-old sewer line; stakeholder briefing next month

"We don't know what the pipe is like. We don't know how much work is gonna be required," the engineer said, and staff said relocation is being evaluated but will be challenging. Next steps include firming recommendations, achieving stakeholder consensus and estimating scope and cost before any rehabilitation or relocation work begins.
