Committee members discussed plans for Earth Day on April 22, including a suggestion from John for a log‑peeling day at his house to prepare cedar timbers for the All Persons Trail bridge. The committee set Tucker Mountain Day for Aug. 29 with a USA 250 theme and potential reenactments and historical displays.
The committee approved a request for a wedding on Tucker Mountain on Oct. 17 in the afternoon for an estimated 10–20 guests. Separately, a winter party planned for March 3 will include a moonlight ski/snowshoe/hike at Wild Sugar followed by a potluck. In other business, John reported snowmobiles were not staying on the trail at the summit and the committee agreed to contact VAST to address the issue.
