The team is investigating reasons and will pursue targeted outreach and additional training to bridge those gaps. Salmon asked the court to submit the report to the governor’s task force; the judge agreed to do so.
Court members thanked the team and noted collaboration with the district attorney's office, sheriff and other law enforcement agencies in training and outreach.
