Judge Farrell and other commissioners discussed recurring bills from the county’s current vendor (referenced in transcript as F8) and the need to reconcile which budget line items (maintenance, break‑fix, hardware, software) should carry the new contract fees. The presiding officer said the transition is about 90% complete but noted some users remain on the older network, producing latency and RDS disconnects that might require bandwidth upgrades.
