The board reconvened after a later executive session and unanimously approved the Windsor Locks Teachers’ Association (WLTA) contract; the motion to ratify the contract was moved by Ms. A. Osorio and seconded by Ms. L. Cutler. Meeting minutes record the motions and votes in full procedural phrasing: "It was MOVED (Osorio) and SECONDED (Guyette) and PASSED (U) that the Board of Education approves appointment of Director of Finance and Operations" and "It was MOVED (Osorio) and SECONDED (Cutler) and PASSED (U) that the Board of Education approves WLTA contract."
