The Douglas County Board on Jan. 15 adopted Resolution #1-26, authorizing the County Clerk to execute quit-claim deeds for several parcels advertised under Wis. Stat. § 76.59.
The resolution lists the highest bids received: $5,445 for Lots 1–30 in the Irondale Addition (Bid 38-25), $1,000 for Lot 45, Block 1, Vogel Park Addition (Bid 36-25), and $4,481.42 for part of the NE¼ of the SE¼ in the Town of Hawthorne (Bid 32-24). The Land and Development Committee recommended the sales and the motion to adopt (mover: Supervisor Jaques; seconder: Supervisor Sapik) was recorded as carried.
The resolution notes committee action was unanimous and includes a fiscal note that potential net revenue will be determined after reimbursement of expenses and distribution of proceeds. The board did not record a detailed roll call for this item in the published minutes.
