County accepts bids for roofing and HVAC work at county facilities

The board accepted Cook Sheet Metals RFP for HVAC work with the condition that the work agreement be approved as to form by county counsel. Separately, the board accepted ROCO Roofings bid for Dispatch/DHD roof replacement at $31,000 with an alternate price of $65 per sheet for replacement and an additional $350 to add a water diverter.
Commissioners noted committee inquiries had been verified and that work agreements will be reviewed by counsel before final execution. Motioning commissioners affirmed that the projects proceed with the contractor terms presented.
