"Meeting called to order by MRC Board President, Mr. Gilliana at 8:52am," the minutes state.
Board members noted outreach contacts for programming—Lisa at Tradewinds; an activities director at Brentwood AL; Jennifer Johnson at Johnson's Farm; a representative from County Line Orchard; and Pam Broadaway. The executive director said a board member is needed to assist with the Powers Health picnic on July 30; no formal motion was recorded for the volunteer request. The board adjourned at 9:59 a.m. on a unanimous motion.
