Bell reminded the board of a long-term policy not to extend sewer to non-city property and asked whether the camp would consider annexation; McCaskill said the camp is open to annexation.
The board voted to begin surveying and engineering work to identify routes, easements and costs and to report back to the board and the camp before proceeding with construction.
