County affirms authority to add defendants in opioid settlement litigation

"As part of our opioid settlement, we believe that we've already done this, but there's been, some challenges in the courts that, the county didn't necessarily have the authority to add additional defendants to the opioid litigation," a staff member said. "So we're basically just saying, okay, well, we're, we're affirming that now."
