Project lead reported an additional 11 panels were delivered, bringing the total panels on site to roughly 30–35 with a target of 65; the board prioritized completing the arena ends and north side first.
Board members discussed attachment methods to keep panels portable (bigger j‑hooks instead of hog wire) and recommended chaining panels temporarily until a full set arrives. One board member suggested leveling the northeast corner, removing hog wire, and using machinery to place panels at ground level to reduce tripping hazards.
They also discussed how gates will be accommodated (skipping panels where gates are located and possibly fabricating custom pieces once the full set of panels is on hand) and scheduling a community work day to assemble the panels once materials and volunteers are available.
No formal motion was taken; staff will coordinate a volunteer work day and report progress at the next meeting.
