The minutes state that finalization will be determined by the result of discussions between a supervisor from O’Brien and a supervisor from Osceola and the landowner who filed the petition; the motion carried by all ayes.
The two-week hold provides time for direct discussions with the petitioning landowner before ISG completes any final design recommendations or assessment proposals.
