Board members questioned how van use will be prioritized between athletics and clubs, who will be trained and authorized to drive, and whether the district will charge teams for electricity or maintenance. Staff said the district is still developing operational details; they expect existing training requirements for drivers to limit use to cleared adults and that maintenance would route through district mechanics. The district also plans a dedicated charging station by the stadium restricted from public access and is exploring vendor software to schedule and track charging.
