County approves ordinance 6-51 to rezone 22 acres near Corinne from A-20 to RR-5

Staff said the planning commission held a public hearing, the applicant spoke at the hearing and staff recommended approval after finding the proposal met the county's approval standards.
Commissioners discussed water service (culinary water provided by West Greenwater) and the surrounding agricultural character. A motion to approve Ordinance 6-51 passed with recorded assent. Scott Lyons told the commission the applicant's plan initially is to build a house for the parent landowner with the possibility of future five-acre lots for children.
