Board reviews unresolved obstruction complaint and reminds permit applicant to obtain township consent

Separately, Chairman Jason Siegert reminded permit applicant Neil Breidenbach to obtain consent of the Buxton Township Board of Township Supervisors and landowners along the course of the Surface Drain Permit No. 6710 project; the Board will monitor Breidenbach's ability to satisfy permit conditions and keep the item on future agendas.
The minutes record there were no updates on the Koenig lawsuit, which dates to obstruction complaint proceedings in 2017–2018 (La Verne Koenig).
