She said that because of new state legislation regarding surveys conducted within public schools, staff will not pursue in‑school questionnaires at this time and instead will continue public input efforts in March.
Gruenberg outlined a timeline for engagement: public input collection in March, community goal‑setting sessions April through June, and professional photography support from the Tourism Authority for the plan. The commission encouraged members to share additional local photos for inclusion.
