At its March 16 meeting the Board of Comanche County Commissioners approved multiple administrative consent-agenda items including surplus declarations, administrative signature authorizations and routine payments.
The board declared seven Goodyear tires and a set of Dell Optiplex desktop computers surplus for the Comanche County Sheriff’s Department and approved junking the designated equipment. The board also approved authorizing Ashley Taylor and Corinne Owensby to use the Commissioners’ signature stamps for Board of County Commissioners documents, allowing the county clerk and bookkeeping staff to use the stamps on consent-items except contracts and agreements. The consent agenda included the approval of official monthly reports and a purchase-card payment for February totaling $1,645.31.
These items were adopted as part of the consent agenda and recorded in the meeting minutes without separate debate.
