Several routine motions and votes were recorded during the March 9 meeting. Member Josh Powers moved to accept the minutes of March 2, 2026; Vice-Chair Ryan John seconded and the motion passed with Powers, John and Chair Johnny Owens voting aye and no nays.
Subsequent motions recorded and approved by unanimous vote included the approval of Alana Pack and Jerry Smith as Oklahoma Incident Management Assistance Team (OK-IMAT) members with a three-year commitment, and approval of detention center payroll and purchase orders (see claims article for amounts). The meeting adjourned on a motion by Powers, seconded by John, with the same recorded unanimous vote.
