The board approved amendments to the Employee Wellness & Recognition (EWR) bylaws that revise the nomination form and clarify how voting members (management team, Board of Commissioners, and the EWR committee) may cast votes. The change allows the option to nominate more than one individual in a single nomination and provides a 'Does Not Meet Criteria' option for voters.
Commissioner Justin Ahlers moved approval and Commissioner Chris Dybevick seconded; the motion carried. The change is intended to clarify the nomination process and to provide voting members clearer choices during the award selection process.
