Nobles County approves reclassification of Community Services Director, creates Family Home Visiting Supervisor

The reclassification passed 3–1 (For: Chris Dybevick, Robert S. Demuth, Gene Metz; Against: Justin Ahlers).
Separately, the board approved a new Family Home Visiting Supervisor job description (Grade 14) to replace the previously vacant Public Health Supervisor position (previously Grade 17). Staff described the restructure as a narrower scope for the new supervisor role and redistribution of CHS Administrator duties to the Community Services Director.
