Nobles County commissioners on July 8 approved Conditional Use Permit C.U.P. 08-2025 for Weg’s Blue & White, LLC of Bigelow, Minn., to construct a 30 AU bed pack calf barn (170' 1½" x 64') with a connected milk house (40' x 36').
County staff noted the parcel is located in the N1/2 NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 101 North, Range 41 in Ransom Township and that a public hearing is required under Section 505.2 for changes to a conditional-use permit. The motion to approve was moved by Commissioner Justin Ahlers and seconded by Commissioner Robert S. Demuth.
