The Nobles County Board of Commissioners on July 8 approved Change Order #1 for repairs to Judicial Ditch 4 Branch D near CSAH 1 and 7th Avenue.
County staff told the board the contractor, Loo Con, Inc., prefers to use a pipe-bursting boring method to repair tile that crosses the county road and runs through private property at Delores Silver’s front yard. The original award to Loo Con, Inc. was for $17,807.50 on June 3, 2025; the change order was approved without recorded dissent. The approval was moved by Commissioner Justin Ahlers and seconded by Commissioner Robert S. Demuth.
