Approval was subject to conditions including maintaining a tie-together with a developed dwelling (per Document No. A621336 or transferring the tie to another parcel under common ownership within 60 days), placing survey monuments at lot corners prior to development, and obtaining all necessary federal, state and county permits for any wetland impacts prior to commencing development.
