Eric Gustad moved to nominate Rachel Nelson for chair; Burton Parks seconded the motion and Ms. Nelson accepted the nomination. The board voted unanimously (YEAS: Lerg, Mauntler, Nelson, Parks, Gustad, Mobley) to elect Nelson chair. Later, Parks moved and Gustad seconded the nomination of Kris Mauntler as vice‑chair; Mauntler accepted and the board again voted 6‑0 to appoint her.
"Nomination accepted by Ms. Nelson," the minutes record. The appointments establish the board's leadership for 2026 before the body reviewed minutes and substantive tax allocation items.
