MBA approves $540,549.32 in disbursements and several construction change orders

The board also approved the MBA Open Invoice Register dated April 10, 2026 for $4,268.81 and acknowledged receipt of the MBA Cash Summary dated April 9, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report.
Separately, the board approved multiple change orders related to county construction projects, including a $46,422.83 change order for the Health, Business and Community Center and a $19,262 change order with WesTech for programming and controls modifications at the Dutch John culinary water membrane filtration plant. Meeting minutes record unanimous or 3–0 votes on the motions listed in the record.
The meeting was called to order at 9:34 a.m. by Board Member Matt Tippets and adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
