The Recorder/Treasurer’s Office provided the MBA Cash Summary dated April 2, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report; Board Member Randy Asay moved to acknowledge receipt of those reports and Board Member Jack Lytle seconded. The Board voted unanimously to acknowledge the documents.
The Auditor’s Office presented the MBA Open Invoice Register dated April 3, 2026 in the amount of $540,549.32. Board Member Jack Lytle moved to approve the register; Board Member Randy Asay seconded and the Board voted with all three members recorded as voting yes. The Board also approved the MBA Disbursement Summary covering March 25 to April 3, 2026 in the amount of $5,314.97 after a motion by Lytle and a second from Asay.
These approvals were recorded as formal motions and votes in the Authority meeting. The meeting minutes list the full tallies for each motion and note no abstentions.
