Daggett County MBA acknowledges cash reports, approves invoices and disbursements
Summary
The Municipal Building Authority acknowledged the MBA Cash Summary and Accounts Receivable Report, approved an open invoice register of $5,674.97 and approved disbursements totaling $11,504.19; motions were carried unanimously.
During its March 31 meeting, the Daggett County Municipal Building Authority acknowledged receipt of the MBA Cash Summary dated March 27, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report, approved the MBA Open Invoice Register dated March 25, 2026 in the amount of $5,674.97, and approved the MBA Disbursement Summary for March 19–25, 2026 in the amount of $11,504.19.
The acknowledgements and approvals were conducted by motion: Board Member Randy Asay moved to acknowledge the cash summary (seconded by Jack Lytle); Asay also moved to approve the open invoice register and Lytle seconded. Board Member Jack Lytle moved to approve the disbursement summary and Board Member Randy Asay seconded. All motions carried with yes votes recorded for Board Members Matt Tippets, Jack Lytle and Randy Asay.
