Council approves routine licenses, appointments, grants and procurement items in unanimous votes

Motions recorded in the minutes follow standard procedure: "It was moved by Councilmember Foster and seconded by Councilmember Lowe to approve the Alcohol License for 3939 Food Inc. d/b/a Thrift Food Mart.
