County Assessor Lindsey Brandt reviewed the 2026 Annual Report, Valuation Summary, and the Assessor’s recommendations at the June 16 meeting. The presentation preceded consideration of a multi‑parcel Assessor Consent Change Request.
On a motion by Commissioner Dwayne Voegeli, seconded by Commissioner Greg Olson, the board approved the consent list that included multiple reductions and a small number of increases across parcels (the minutes list each parcel number and the original and revised values). The vote on the consent change was Yes – 5, No – 1 (Marcia Ward). The minutes record parcel identifiers and dollar changes for each listed parcel.
