Board of Adjustment elects officers, approves agenda and prior minutes

The Floyd County Board of Adjustment approved routine procedural items at its April 2, 2026 meeting. Sean Pitkin moved and Scott Tjaden seconded approval of the meeting agenda; the motion carried with all ayes.
During officer elections, Pitkin moved and Cordes seconded that Teresa Stevens-Marth be elected Chair; that motion was approved unanimously. Stevens-Marth then moved and Pitkin seconded the motion to elect Rick Cordes as Vice Chair, which also passed with all ayes. The board also reviewed and approved the minutes of August 20, 2025 (motion by Pitkin, seconded by Tjaden; all ayes).
