Board member Roy Schwickerath, previously authorized to act as the board representative on the transaction, completed the filing and paperwork to move the project forward.
County attorney Todd Pritchard reviewed a draft of proposed county conservation ordinances and recommended presenting the draft to the Board of Supervisors for formal approval so conservation staff can issue citations under a resolution; he also suggested adding a schedule of fines. After discussion, Roy Schwickerath moved to request Board of Supervisors approval of the ordinances; Jesse Frerichs seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
