Planning Commission approves April minutes 5-0; schedules further review of CIP and design overlay drafts

At its May 27, 2026 meeting, the Town of Lyndon Planning Commission approved the minutes from its April 22, 2025 meeting. Chair Holly Taylor moved to approve the minutes and Kevin Horner seconded; the vote was recorded as 5-0 in favor.
The commission adjourned at 6:49 pm. Commissioners directed Planning Director Tracy Bodeo and consultant Heather Carrington to provide additional information on the draft Capital Improvement Plan (including debt details for the Vail Transmission Project) and to draft proposed bylaw language for the Design Overlay District (including the proposed fence threshold language, designation of the DRB as the AMP, fee language for Section 13.2, and waiver criteria) for review at future meetings. No public comments were offered during the meeting.
