The minutes record discussion of two water bills attached to the submittal (559,000 gallons and 4,000 gallons for three months) and express uncertainty whether the higher total reflected a separate meter for the batch plant. Chair Mattei will draft a letter detailing inconsistencies to accompany the Component 4A submission to DEP.
