Commissioners noted that on Jan. 21, 2026 the Board of Supervisors approved a modification to maintain a 25-foot front setback per the Garden Court Plan of Lots. The Commission recommended plan drafting corrections including three owner certifications with notary seals, adding the Planning Commission signature nomenclature, inserting Item #1 of the Additional Requirements for Minor Subdivisions from the Drafting Requirement Checklist, and adding a revision number and date to the plan.
The Commission recorded a unanimous vote to recommend these corrections and to forward the corrected plan for recording after the noted changes are made.
