The Crum-Prascus Lot Line Revision Plan (tax parcels 57-23-02-0-009 and 57-23-02-0-010) was accepted as administratively complete. Surveyor Dennis Rosatti represented the application. The Commission recommended approval with several conditions to accommodate an existing gravel drive encroachment: consolidate the statement of purpose, designate and describe the proposed side-lot by metes and bounds, join the side-lot to Lot 22 (with a land hook), label Totteridge Drive as "Private Road," and add notes confirming the lots were legally nonconforming under the Township SALDO due to being laid out prior to the ordinance.
Additional technical requirements included showing sanitary sewer and water main locations and providing separate owner certifications with notary seals. The Planning Commission recorded the vote as unanimous to recommend conditional approval and instructed the applicant to add a revision number and date to the submitted plan prior to final action by supervisors.
