HUNTSVILLE — The June 18 work session ended without adoption of the Powder Landing Development Agreement. The draft ordinance and Development Agreement were attached to the meeting record and residents’ letters were submitted and entered into the file.
Next steps described or implied by meeting materials include review by town staff and the Planning Commission, formal public hearings required for rezoning, and technical review of the developer’s stormwater and wastewater plans by the town engineer and the Weber‑Morgan District Health Department.
