On July 29 the Gosper County Board reviewed the FY2026–27 budget expenditures and revenue estimates. Clerk Karen J. Corder and Treasurer Nicole Townsend led the review of budget requests submitted by elected officials and department heads; Sheriff Joshua Richie was present during the discussion.
The minutes record that the board reviewed written materials and requests but did not adopt a final budget at the session. The board scheduled future meetings — the next regular meeting on August 12 and an additional session on August 31, 2026, at which the board will audit claims and continue regular business.
