Board approves conveyance of 1.18‑acre pump station parcel to Town of Kilmarnock

After opening and closing the required public hearing (no comments), a supervisor moved that the county convey the 1.18‑acre parcel (tax map 28‑93C) and grant necessary easements to the Town of Kilmarnock in accordance with the water and sewer agreement; the board voted in favor and authorized the county attorney and staff to complete the deeds and conveyances.
