Selectboard approves access permits, minutes and warrants; townwide reappraisal ongoing

At the May 13 meeting the Selectboard approved access permits for David Powers (15 Nearing Road) for an 18" culvert, Andrew Spatidol (23 Sugarbush Road) for an 18" culvert, and Daniel Peek (73 Ravenwood Road) plus a temporary access for excavation removal; the motion was made by Bill Schwartz, seconded by Julie Isaacs and recorded as unanimous.
The board also approved the minutes of April 16, 2025 as presented and approved payroll and the May 13, 2025 warrant. Staff reported the townwide reappraisal is currently underway on Tax Map 1 with an anticipated completion in 2026. With no other business the meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM.
