Selectboard hears STR contract renewal update; GovOS license not yet live

Bill Schwartz reported that the town's current contract with GovOS for short-term rental (STR) administration had lapsed and that the town needs to renew or extend the agreement. The board noted Christie Boswell has begun part-time work as STR administrator but that the GovOS licensing site is not yet live.
Schwartz and the Town Administrator said they are working on contract renewal or extension and have evaluated or received proposals involving other platforms including Deckard and Granicus. No formal contract award was made at the May 13 meeting and the matter remains under administrative review.
