On consent, the Tea City Council approved a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Tea and SAFEbuilt LLC and approved a Disabled Veteran Property Tax Abatement under SDCL 10-4-40. These items were included in the consent agenda approved by MOTION 26-27 (Woessner/Erck) and passed with all members voting AYE.
The minutes note that the agreement is available on the City’s website and on file at City Hall. The abatement was approved pursuant to state law (SDCL 10-4-40); the minutes do not include the property owner’s name or abatement amount.
