Selectboard authorizes Chair to bid at May 14 tax sale covering six properties

Bill Schwartz moved to authorize Stuart Coleman to attend the sale and "make any and all bids for the owners and lienholders as required." Julie Isaacs seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Treasurer Deb Avison said she had reached out to abutters in advance of the sale; O'Toole noted potential abutter bids were possible. No purchases or bids were recorded at this meeting.
