Superintendent Ingrid Colvard updated the board on the district’s strategic plan, saying graduation rates have improved: "The past 4 years of grad rates has shown an increase, with a total of 21.3% increase in 3 years. The 2024 rate of 86.8% is the highest grad rate since at least 2012, excluding 2020," she reported.
Colvard said the district will examine cohort-to-cohort data, with special attention to low-income and homeless students, to identify barriers and target supports as part of its ongoing strategic plan work.
