Hudson Oaks official outlines joint wastewater route, timeline and costs for Willow Park project

He said the team has finalized routing, resolved easements with affected property owners and anticipates final design submittal by April with advertisement and contract award in May–June and construction starting in July 2025.
"Lift station about 1.8. Forest Main about 7.8. Total cost of these 2 projects, just under $10,000,000," Narin said, summarizing staff estimates. He also told the board Willow Park expects its treatment plant to be operational in October 2025, and Weatherford staff discussed renewal timing for Weatherford’s existing wholesale contract (current contract period runs through June 30, 2026) to ensure continuity if the construction schedule shifts. The presentation noted outstanding TxDOT permits (a driveway permit and a crossing) and work with county precinct staff to coordinate Bankhead/FM crossings and avoid duplicate construction.
