At its May 12 meeting, the Cleveland County Budget Board approved multiple routine transfers and a list of cash fund appropriations for FY2024/2025. Among the transfers: $30,000 from Election Board M&O to Election Board Capital Outlay for furniture and computers; $9,283.36 from Highway Lease Account to Highway District 1 Personnel Services; and a $368,222.53 reimbursement to the sheriff's Unrestricted Special Revenue account related to School Resource Officer salaries. The minutes also record a $84,074.96 transfer from ARPA Maintenance & Operations to Courthouse General Capital Improvement as a Munis system correction.
The board also approved cash fund requests across many accounts, including Sales Tax $542,987.05; Highway District #2 $240,954.94; Highway District #3 $188,766.36; Jail Commissary $115,030.30; County Clerk Rec Mgmt/Presrv Fee $47,930.00; and others. All motions were recorded with account codes and were approved unanimously during the meeting.
